News on Crediton Heart Proposals

On 15th February 2019, the Crediton Heart Project Team heard the exciting news that their funding application was successful. The grant will enable:

We need funding for Phase Two of our local consultation to guide the development of a new multi-use facility to enhance people’s lives and bring local organisations together.

Starting with a public launch event, Phase Two will consult widely with local people using the online community engagement platform, combined with face-to-face discussions and written questionnaires. We have chosen to use the Commonplace website, rather than a simpler online survey, as it will enable us to reach a far wider demographic, especially young people, and make the consultation process more open, versatile and trustworthy.

With the support of a top-level consultant and architectural advice we will then use the information gathered from the consultation to help devise our business plan and feasibility study that will drive the project forward to its next phase.
